Brothers Line Striping provides parking lot improvement services in Charlotte and surrounding areas.   We offer line striping, handicap symbols, directional arrows, handicap signs, stop signs, wheel stops, installation of pipe bollards, removal and replacement of pipe bollards, and stencil painting.  We re-stripe existing parking lots and we include layout services for striping new parking lots or parking lots that have been overlaid with fresh asphalt.  

Line Striping
Parking lot line striping fades over time due to traffic wearing the surface.  Often times we simply apply a fresh coat of paint on top of the worn outlines that you currently have giving them a fresh new look.  If you have recently had your parking lot seal coated or you had the asphalt replaced, we provide layout services as well as striping on the new asphalt or seal coat.  

Signage
Installation of signs including stop signs, handicap signs, and other traffic-related signs can be installed in yard areas or can be installed in asphalt/concrete areas.  We can provide turn-key installation and pavement repair if necessary for the installation of any type of sign required.

Wheel Stops 
Wheel stops are often installed to restrict a vehicle from protruding onto a sidewalk.  We can provide materials, delivery and installation of concrete parking stops or rubber wheel stops.  A quality installation is important to us so we always snap a chalk line to make sure that all wheel stops are in a straight line and installed correctly.  

Pipe Bollards
Bollards are required to prevent vehicles from damaging buildings, fencing, or other structures.  When bollards are needed on concrete, we can install a bolt down bollard or we can core drill the concrete, dig down 3 feet, install a steel bollard encased in concrete, patch the concrete that was removed by a core drill, and then paint the bollard.  If preferred, we can install a polyethene bollard cover to ensure that bollards look fresh for years to come.

Stencil Painting
If you need information painted in parking spaces, on the curb, or on light pole bases, we can take care of this using stencils.  We carry standard stencils in our trailers or for custom we can have a stencil made specifically for your needs.  

ADA Compliance
In order to comply with codes and regulations in addition to maintaining a safe, accessible environment, parking lots must contain the correct number of parking space.  A percentage of these spaces must be handicap accessible.  We have the experience and equipment to help you make your parking lot meet these requirements.
